About
Here’s a little insight into my journey and passion for beauty and skincare……
I’ve been a beauty professional for over 35 years, starting my career after training at York College in the 1980’s. My first role as a therapist at Sheila Henry set the foundation for a career dedicated to helping others feel their best. Over the years, I continued to grow, becoming a qualified tutor and working part-time at Intuitions alongside my beauty work.
In 2013, I became a Director of Sheila Henry, and by 2017, I proudly took over as sole owner. Through it all, my passion for the industry has only deepened, particularly in the areas of skin therapy and core beauty treatments. So, in 2024, I decided to take the leap into working solo from my own studio. I wanted to be able to provide a more specialised and individual service for those seeking a targeted approach to their skin and wellbeing. Harrogate Skin Studio was born.
I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible, results-driven brands throughout my career, with Guinot holding a special place as a personal favourite. My goal has always been to help clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I truly believe that even small changes in how we feel about our appearance can have a profound impact on overall wellbeing and self-esteem.
At Harrogate Skin Studio, I’m honoured to play a part in helping you feel your absolute best.
